SMSCOM Hybrid Controller 4A
\nThe Hybrid Controller - noiseless and fully automatic! \n \n \n \nThis device for an automated fan control combines the advantages of an automatic temperature control via a sensor with the "hearable" benefits of a step transformer. The Hybrid Controller Pro uses software-based temperature sensor technology combined with a mechanical system to control the fan speed. It keeps the temperature in the room constant and simultaneously ensures a constant air flow. The ideal solution for maximum noise reduction during the operation of exhaust fans - no humming or buzzing from any kind of fan - GUARANTEED! \nIn addition, the PRO software of the Hybrid Controller will keep the humidity under control as well, in fact when it matters the most ? during the night-cycle! \nAchieving the correct negative air pressure
\nAlways choose fans with a difference in airflow capacity. For example, choose a 1500m3/hr and a 3000m3/hr. The ventilation system will now automatically create the correct negative air pressure. Make sure, that the smaller fan is connected to the ''FAN AIR IN'' power outlet and the larger fan to the '' FAN AIR OUT '' power outlet. Of course you can connect only a single fan if required. Connect a fan of no more than the total amps of the controller to the '' FAN AIR OUT '' power outlet. The Hybrid Controller PRO will bring the fans automatically and progressively to the appropriate speed, which is needed to maintain the desired temperature. \nInstructions:
\n1 . Connect the fans to the blue sockets (small fan = IN / large fan = OUT) \n2 . Set the MINIMUM fan speed with dial 1 (e.g., level 1) \n3 . Set the desired temperature using dial 2 (e.g. 25 ¡C ) \n4 . Set the MAXIMUM fan speed with dial 3 (e.g., level 5 ) \n5 . Place the temperature sensor in your room. Note; do not place in direct airflow or directly under a light source. \n6 . Place the light sensor in the room, facing the light source; do not remove the cap yet! * \n7 . Now connect the Hybrid Controller PRO to the power source. \n \n* PRO function deactivatedÊ(cap is on the sensor) \nAs long as the cap is not removed, the PRO function will not be activated. Use the PRO feature only when humidity control is critical. \n \n* PRO function activatedÊ(cap removed) \nThe PRO feature ensures that extra air is refreshed at night, even if the temperature does not require more ventilation. \nAs soon as the sensor detects that it is dark, the fans will run 1 level faster for 7 minutes every hour. \nThe high humidity that occurs during the night will thus be removed from the room. \nThis slight increase of the fan speed will not affect the temperature. \nSince moisture problems generally occur at night, the PRO function will turn off as soon as the light turns on and the controller will run in the normal mode. \nPlease note, that once the PRO feature is activated, you only can disable this function by a reset. (Briefly unplug the Hybrid Controller from the power, replace the cap on the sensor, then plug the controller back in). \n \nMaximum load: 4A or 900 watt \n(The total wattage that can be obtained from the entire device. Either split or through a single outlet.)Free shipping on orders over $50
